Pay Rate: $2046 Weekly Gross

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist to join a reputable outpatient rehabilitation team in Snellville GA. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care focusing on restoring function improving mobility and enhancing quality of life for patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician referrals and treatment plans.
Develop individualized care plans based on comprehensive assessments and patient goals.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient-centered care.
Educate patients and families on treatment techniques exercises and recovery strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Uphold professional and ethical standards while meeting productivity and quality goals.

Requirements:

Active Georgia Physical Therapist License (in good standing).
Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient orthopedics (required).
Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage caseload.
New graduates and first-time travelers will not be considered for this role.
