Position Summary:
The Director of Surgical Services will provide strategic and operational leadership across the full perioperative continuum including Operating Room (OR) Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and Sterile Processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize perioperative operations staffing and scheduling.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and infection control protocols.
Collaborate closely with surgical anesthesia and nursing leadership teams.
Drive surgical throughput operational efficiency and clinical quality outcomes.
Manage departmental budgets financial performance and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
Active RN license (required).
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in perioperative services within an acute care setting.
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
