Senior Accounts Payable Representative - AP Upload Team
Full Time / On-Site
M-F 8:00am-5:00pm (flexible)

Responsibilities
- Support the mission and direction of Select Medical Corporation.
- Accomplishes individual and team goals and objectives. Assist other A/P Representatives as necessary.
- Communicates effectively and respectfully both verbally and in writing with internal and external customers co-workers field representatives and management to create a positive work environment.
- Consistently demonstrates commitment to customer service excellence in all interactions with internal and external customers by responding to customers in a timely professional and effective manner.
- Promotes workplace safety through safe behaviors and by identifying potential risks addressing them whenever possible and communicating those risks up the chain of command.
- Accurately process uploads utilities P2P Vector and First of the Month (FOMP) payments with some help on a consistent basis ensure accuracy of G/L coding proper approval and confirm payments are made within required deadlines.
- Perform ADI or other uploads and specialized tasks as assigned within required deadlines.
- Manage the upload mailbox and confirm all requested upload payments are completed.
- Manage P2P Vector FOMP and utility reconciliations and support required.
- Audit uploads for accuracy of entry and completeness of information provided.
- Ensure proper documentation is obtained for all payments made.
- Research vendor inquiries and discrepancies in order to provide quality customer service to internal/external customers.
- Assist and notify Vendor Maintenance with vendor change/corrections and provide W-9 and invoice information when new vendors are set up. Work with field to ensure W-9s are received when new vendor set ups are needed but no W-9 submitted.
- Perform assigned responsibilities and tasks according to policies and procedures with little or no supervision within the assigned time frame. Multi-task and take on new responsibilities without loss of continuity.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in a large volume processing environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- PC knowledge - Microsoft Office Excel Outlook (or equivalent) and Word knowledge/skills. Experience with accounting software.
- Basic Math Skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a personal sense of urgency.
