Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Administrative Intern to support our HR team with basic administrative tasks. This role is ideal for students or individuals who have some extra time and wish to engage in additional professional activities. The role also includes collaboration with international colleagues and supporting various HR projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle incoming physical documents.
- Manually scan documents and upload them to the electronic filing system (eFile).
- Organize and maintain the physical archive according to internal procedures.
- Support in creating diplomas and certificates for employee jubilees.
- Collaborate with colleagues from the India entity and other international teams
Experience and education
- Fluency in Czech at native level is required.
- Strong English skills written and spoken with at least C1 level proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy including MS Office.
- Reliability independence and proactive attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
