Your Tasks
- As a Squad Tech Lead you will be involved throughout the lifecycle of the software development team with particular responsibility in the leading of new products and deployment in Azure and AKS.
- You will be responsible for leading and motivating the development team showing a great ability to direct Squad products and people. Youll be involved in definition of the new architecture and technical decisions.
- Working in a completely agile environment working closely with multidisciplinary teams composed by QAs designers and product owners as well as a high-performance team.
- To be responsible for proposing new ideas and the improvement of the existing practices in the software development.
- To communicate effectively and respectfully to all members of the organization.
- To generate and spread a culture of quality throughout the company building a high quality software.
- Youll be responsible for the development of the product you will participate in.
Your Profile
- Experience leading teams.
- Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 3 year experience Core Developer.
- 3 year experience with Azure.
- Proven experience in object-oriented software development.
- Proven experience using Relational BBDD and NoSQL.
- Proven experience with XUnit and Integration Tests.
- Proven experience leading teams and manage people.
- Proficiency
