You will be a key I&D strategist partner and voice working in collaboration across the Subset of Services and in collaboration with I&D and the People team ecosystem to build and integrate a comprehensive inclusive framework that amplifies business partnership with the respective functional teams this role is responsible for the integration and implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies programs and initiatives that align with Apples broader I&D Partnership on Signature Programs & Inclusion InitiativesPartner with leaders to enable execution of signature programs and high-priority big bets ensuring inclusive outcomes are reflected from design through closely with initiative leads to align on goals elevate risks manage dependencies and bring clarity to cross-functional the design and development of internal and external inclusion-focused programs that educate inspire and operationalize inclusive service delivery across teams as directed by the Apple I&D the implementation of I&D solutions monitor progress and provide advice to address unique leadership and business relationships incorporate key partners and gain program & initiative integrated solutions ensuring consistency scale and implementation of programs and the business model across the variety of teams and work to identify measurable solutions for Across I&D Domains & Site-Level EngagementWork closely with enterprise I&D partners regional/site teams and business units to ensure inclusive services are well-integrated into:Internal programmingHeritage month celebrationsSignature internal and external eventsCommunity and customer-facing activationsProvide inclusive consultation and planning support for on-site experiences ensuring alignment with both global strategy and local with the People team to ensure alignment and integration.
- 7 to 10 years of experience creating inclusion & diversity programs in customer-facing industries in technology services media music and entertainment.
- Proven ability to cascade key corporate I&D information to stakeholders by influencing business leaders coming from a variety of disciplines and seniority levels.
- 7 to 10 years proven cross-functional experience working with partners in I&D product design marketing editorial events and customer experience.
- Proven understanding of how inclusive services and experiences show up across channels campaigns and customer touch points.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead and influence others with capacity to adapt style based on the audience and their needs.
- 7 to 10 years developing I&D project plans and timelines identifying risks and mitigation strategies and executing against those plans.
- Highly collaborative organized and strategic thinker with outstanding communications.
- Track record of building effective business partnerships in a consultative model across all organizational levels and cross functional teams.
- Proficiency in being flexible and adaptable according to the changing needs and priorities of the organization.
- Ability to independently prioritize workload and manage multiple projects at once.
- Skilled in partnering across global and local teams to deliver programs that balance strategic intent with on-the-ground relevance.
- This is an onsite position and may have 15% travel both domestic and International.
