CLIENT ENGAGEMENT MANAGER(Malaysia)Work Location: KL Malaysia
Job Description:- Identify onboard and manage relationships with clientsdelivery partners including resourcing agencies and subcontractors.
- Negotiate terms and agreements covering pricing service levels contract duration and exclusivity where needed.
- Develop and execute long-term partnership strategies aligned with the Delivery teams objectives and project pipelines
- Act as the main point of contact for partner-related issues conflict resolution and performance management.
- Work closely with internal delivery/project managers to forecast resource needs and coordinate with partners for timely fulfillment.
- Evaluate and monitor partner performance including regular reviews of KPIs compliance and feedback collection.
- Maintain and update partner database ensuring partner information and contractual terms are current and accessible.
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams on contracts invoicing and risk assessments.
- Continuously explore new partnership opportunities in the region to expand the delivery capacity.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
- 5 years of experience in account managementpartner management vendor management or delivery management in IT/consulting/services industry.
- Working experience in the ERP arena is highly preferred.
- Experience in working with delivery partners such as resource vendors subcontractors or smaller SI firms is highly preferred.
