We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand and Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation as a Graphic Designer/Communication Specialist preferably within the A/E/C industry and a strong foundation in print digital marketing content creation and analytics. This role is crucial in driving our branding efforts enhancing brand visibility and engaging with our target audience. Reporting to the BŌK Modern Studio Principal (General Manager) the Brand and Product Specialist develops and implements strategies to drive the companys creative direction across multiple platforms (e.g. print digital and social) to promote products and increase market awareness. This role communicates the companys vision showcases projects and products strengthens the brand and supports product marketing and sales initiatives while highlighting innovation and design excellence.

What Youll Do

• Build and maintain an extensive knowledge base of company product and brand history for the story and content development.
• Work with management to develop train and write/compose progressive brand voice for client facing communications. Identifying opportunities and elevating the experience.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team members to reduce redundancy and optimize integrations with IT/UX/UI/and Marketing Teams.

• Partner with Marketing Team to generate high-quality design and copy from strategy concept and execution within established brand voice for multiple media outlets and channels.
• Develop and own social and content calendars for items including blogs collateral and key internal and external communications assuring all messaging remains on brand and in the proper voice for a given channel
• Manage the companys presence across social media platforms by developing creative strategies to increase engagement and expand audience.
• Maintain and update website content to reflect new and completed projects.
• Collaborate and set up meetings as needed to move forward agenda and secures needed approvals.
• Coordinate the creation of engaging visual content including photos and videos from job sites and edit the materials for optimal use across print and digital platforms.
• Support all departments including Production Samples Inside and Outside Sales Teams and clients through communication templates and updates and distributes to relevant parties on brand time approval and with care.

• Provide support to the Sales Team and assists with various marketing-related duties and special projects as needed.
• Attend required meetings with various teams to collaboratively develop templated communications for customer inquiries.

• Create presentation graphics for client meetings proposals and internal use.

What will make you successful

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Working knowledge of After Effects and other motion/animation tools; familiarity with Sprout Social is a plus.
• Strong conceptual thinker and with an understanding of best practices across social and digital platforms including Instagram and YouTube and tailor creative work accordingly.
• Demonstrated expertise developing brand and marketing campaigns and driving execution across socials paid media web motion and emerging formats.
• Must be able to provide art direction for photography and video projects.
• Ability to apply core design principles such as typography composition and color with precision and attention to detail.
• Stays current with cultural and design trends and pushes creative boundaries in digital spaces.
• Collaborates effectively with teams provides clear creative direction and takes a hands-on approach to design work.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with media marketing and external vendors to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned and delivered at a high standard.
• Strong organization and time management skills while thriving in a fast-paced feedback-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in journalism public relations communications or marketing
• 6 years of experience in product marketing design or art direction with a strong focus on print digital and social-media creative.
