Role: AP/AR Team Leader (Internal Title Account Services Supervisor)

Your Impact:

As Account Services Team Supervisor youll:

• Lead and mentor teams managing the Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness across payments refunds and invoicing
• Strengthen processes that reduce debt and enhance financial integrity
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver trusted high-quality financial services
• Foster a culture of excellence innovation and continuous improvement

Youll bring to the table:

• Demonstrated experience in credit management payables or transactional finance within a large multi-site or service-based organisation
• Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on performance engagement and service excellence
• Strong communication stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution abilities
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to meet competing deadlines
• Relevant tertiary or business qualification (highly regarded)
• Understanding of the Early Learning and Care sector or Childcare Management Software (desirable)
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
