Patient Access Manager
Location: Florida (Multiple Locations)

Overview:
A leading nationally recognized healthcare system with operations across multiple states is seeking a Patient Access Manager to lead registration and patient access operations. Key Responsibilities:
Lead patient access functions including admissions and registration.
Manage staff workflow and departmental KPIs.
Collaborate with clinical and financial teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
Ensure compliance with federal state and hospital policies.
Implement process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in patient access or revenue cycle.
Acute care experience required.
Bachelors degree preferred.
