Position overview:
As HR GBS Generalist you will act as the first point of contact for Employees and Managers with HR policy and process inquiries that could not be resolved via Employee/Manager addition you will identify appropriate actions in response to employees inquiries educating associates about the knowledge management system as well as routing them to the appropriate individual while tracking all customer contact in the service management database.
You will have the chance to support the wider HR GBS teams on all process: Recruitment Data Management and Total Rewards.
