As a Case Worker you will be supporting adults to manage their finances and make decisions in their best interests. You will review clients finances including benefits and income applications payment of bills and expenses. The role also includes administrative duties including but not limited to post emails and telephone calls.
Your training will include gaining accreditation with the Association of Public Authority Deputies.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have communication skills
- Are organised self-motivated and proactive
- Have a good level of numeracy
- Are a Team player
- Can work under pressure
