We currently have an exciting opportunity in our national Workplace Management Services (WMS) team on a fixed-term (12 month) basis working alongside our client to create warm memorable and seamless experiences for employees across multiple locations nationwide.
As our Workplace Experience Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of assigned events and activations including:
- Coordinating and planning activations in line with the Companys Workplace Experience Program
- Managing communication for assigned activations through various platforms (SharePoint News Viva Signage)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with our local Workplace teams to ensure the successful execution of events and activations
- Supporting on key administrative tasks such as end-of-month and budget reporting
The role operates on a Monday-Friday roster and encompasses a variety of responsibilities that will provide you with versatility flexibility opportunity and will provide you with significant career development opportunities.
Qualifications :
As a collaborative and driven member of our WMS team the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Experience in events hospitality administration or workplace management roles
- Customer-centric experience in business-to-business and customer-facing environments
- Results-oriented with strong communication skills and impeccable presentation paying attention to detail.
- Proficient in assessing and prioritising workload within deadline-driven environments understanding sometimes priorities change.
- Thrives on teamwork collaborating to overcome obstacles and achieve collective success.
