As a Flight Operations Dispatcher youll play a vital role in supporting our training center operationsensuring every mission runs smoothly efficiently and on time. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with backgrounds in customer service scheduling or aviation logistics who are ready to grow in a dynamic high-impact environment.

What youll do:

• Coordinate and dispatch training missions using aircraft simulators classrooms and instructors

• Maximize training resource utilization while minimizing cancellations

• Collaborate with Training Maintenance and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth daily operations

• Monitor flight activity and maintain accurate flight time records

• Support training documentation and scheduling systems

• Ensure compliance with CAE policies and regulatory standards

What were looking for:

• 12 years of experience in aviation scheduling or customer service

• Strong computer skills (Windows-based systems MS Office)

• Excellent communication and situational awareness

• Comfortable working early morning shifts and weekends

• Self-motivated organized and able to multitask in a dynamic environment

• Associate degree or higher preferred but not required

• Willingness to learn and grow in a structured team-oriented setting
