Assist in the preparation cooking and presentation of dishes in accordance with brand standards.
Maintain the highest levels of hygiene cleanliness and food safety at all times.
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and menu preparation.
Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications :
Indonesian Nationality (mandatory).
Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment preferred.
Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or related field.
Strong passion for food and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a multicultural team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
