About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Security Assistant Manager to oversee the safety and security of our guests employees and property. As the person in charge of the Security Department you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment aligned with our luxury hospitality standards. Your leadership and expertise will ensure that security protocols are effective staff are well-trained and risks are managed proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily security operations to ensure a safe environment for guests employees and assets.
- Develop implement and enforce security policies and procedures in line with company standards and local regulations.
- Lead supervise and train the security team to maintain high vigilance and professionalism.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and improve safety measures.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement emergency services and internal departments during incidents or emergencies.
- Monitor security systems such as surveillance cameras alarms and access controls to maintain operational efficiency.
- Manage incident reporting and investigation ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and company code of ethics.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to balance security needs with guest experience ensuring minimal disruption.
- Stay updated on industry trends security technologies and regulatory changes to continuously enhance security measures.
Qualifications :
- Saudi National with a strong commitment to luxury hospitality and guest safety.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security management with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in luxury or lifestyle hotel environments preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols emergency response and crisis management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a security team.
- Strong communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Thorough knowledge of Saudi local laws and regulations related to security.
