What Youll Build
- Support the execution of internal and external customer engagements across various project phases within the SAP Cloud Infrastructure context
- Assist in the preparation and completion of technical customer questionnaires and documentation
- Create and maintain service reports to ensure transparency and traceability of project progress
- Contribute to project planning and milestone tracking
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project component
What Youll Bring- Experience in project environments or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Degree in Applied Sciences. Preferred field of study:
- Systematic Approach to Complex Challenges: Demonstrate a methodical approach to solving complex issues showing initiative and a sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Outlook Excel Word)
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools
- Excellent understanding of IaaS SaaS PaaS solutions and the differences
- Cloud knowledge particularly in SAP Cloud Infrastructure is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
- Independent structured and solution-oriented working style

By augmenting an opinionated OpenStack distribution with bespoke services we meet the demands of SAPs cloud business. Our roadmap includes transforming SAP Converged Cloud into a public cloud offering and expanding its capabilities with new services to support **SAP Business AI** and **SAP BTP**.As part of this journey we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our project team in delivering high-impact customer engagements. This temporary role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic project environment contributing to the successful execution of strategic cloud initiatives.
