Organise and manage your kitchen section efficiently ensuring high-quality menu preparation and presentation.
Assist with ordering stock control and minimising waste while maintaining hygiene standards.
Collaborate with the team across all kitchen sections and the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare staff meals and ensure all work areas and equipment are clean maintained and ready for service.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
Previous successful experience as a Demi Chef or similar kitchen role.
Trade qualification in cookery or equivalent.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small versatile team.
Flexibility to adapt to the unique challenges of a remote lodge environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of food safety stock control and kitchen hygiene standards.
