Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Bar Manager in day-to-day operations
- Leading and motivating the bar team to deliver exceptional service
- Overseeing bar set-up pack-down and smooth service during peak trade
- Assisting with rostering stock control and ordering
- Maintaining compliance with RSA and licensing requirements
- Jumping in behind the bar to mix shake and serve when the rush hits
Qualifications :
What you bring:
- Previous experience in a senior bartender or supervisor role
- Strong knowledge of cocktails wine and spirits
- Natural leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team
- High energy attention to detail and a guest-first mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Current RSA certification
