Duration: 13 Weeks (Extendable)
Shift: 3x12 Days
Pay:$26/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Rifle Colorado. The CNA will provide essential hands-on care and support to residents ensuring their comfort safety and dignity in a professional healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
Support mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
Take and record vital signs weights and other patient information accurately.
Monitor residents for changes in physical or emotional condition and report concerns to nursing staff.
Help maintain a clean safe and organized resident environment.
Assist with meals and hydration ensuring residents receive appropriate nutrition.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Follow infection control safety and facility procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

Active CNA Certification State of Colorado (or compact eligible).
Minimum 1 year of LTC or Skilled Nursing experience (recent experience preferred).
Current BLS (AHA) certification.
Strong communication teamwork and time management skills.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and maintain patient confidentiality.
