This position will work in Caterpillar China (Qingdao) R&D Center Electrification Energy Solution team on power electronics solution development including inverter DC-DC and X-in one solutions.

Responsibility:

The job will be related to the following but not limited to:

Power electronics component development including DC-DC DC-AC On Board Charger Motor Inverter

Working with system engineer and machine technical lead to define component requirements

Specification development components selection and schematic design PCB design hardware prototype testing and debug

开展技术规格制定元器件选型原理图设计PCB 设计硬件原型测试与调试工作

Collaborate with motor engineer for Motor calibration and motoring system performance testing and verification

与电机工程师协作进行电机标定及驱动系统性能测试与验证

Develop lab testing and on machine validation plan

制定实验室测试及设备端验证方案

Technical documentation development drawing release

负责技术文档编制及图纸发布

NPI issue resolution

负责新产品导入NPI过程中的问题解决

Degree Required

Bachelors degree or above majoring in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics engineering or other equivalent ones

本科及以上学历专业为电气工程电子工程机电一体化工程或其他相关同等专业

Skill Requirements:

NEV Power Electronics Design / 新能源汽车电力电子设计
Proficient in the design principles and application of power electronics components used in NEVs such as converters inverters and chargers.
熟练掌握新能源汽车电力电子元器件的设计原理与应用包括转换器逆变器充电器等

High-Voltage Hardware Design / 高压硬件设计能力
Familiar with high-voltage power supply structures and topologies; capable of designing hardware systems such as DC-DC converters DC-AC converters inverters and chargers.
熟悉高压供电结构与拓扑具备设计 DC-DC 转换器DC-AC 转换器逆变器充电器等硬件系统的能力

Power Electronics Testing & Troubleshooting / 电力电子测试与故障分析
Skilled in operating various power electronics testing equipment and proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
熟练使用各类电力电子测试设备具备较强的技术问题分析与解决能力
Manufacturing Process Knowledge / 制造工艺知识
Familiar with manufacturing processes and workflows in the power electronics domain.
熟悉电力电子相关领域的制造工艺与流程

Project Management & Communication / 项目管理与沟通能力
Strong communication and coordination skills; capable of managing cross-functional projects effectively.
具备良好的沟通能力与项目管理技能

English Proficiency & Team Collaboration / 英语能力与团队协作
Good English reading writing and speaking skills; team-oriented passionate about emerging technologies and self-driven.

Nice to Have

熟悉新能源汽车相关电力电子元器件的开发流程者优先考虑
Candidates familiar with NEV-related power electronics component development processes are preferred

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
