Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Cleaner for a residential property based in Richmond. This will be a full-time position. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the buildings common areas and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleaning of residential and commercial properties
- Replenish supplies such as soaps paper towels and toilet paper
- Cleaning tasks such as dusting mopping sweeping waxing floors and vacuuming
- Cleaning spills broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible
- Coordinating duties with other cleaners
- Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning such as ensuring bathrooms are sanitary
- Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed
REQUIRED
We need a strong and reliable cleaner who is willing to work outdoors. The candidate must have good English communication skills and be flexible to perform extra tasks outside the regular scope of work such as:
- Cleaning biohazard and graffiti
- Transporting garbage from point A to B
- Carrying equipment (e.g. cart hand blower) throughout the shift
This position requires a lot of walking and physical activity.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Cleaning experience is an asset
- Reliable and a good communicator
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Must be proactive and be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: $4500 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Working hours: 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm
- Monday to Sunday
- Start date: November 1
