Job Summary
Job Description:
Experienced and motivated Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with 10 years of functional and technical experience in SAP Finance (FI) Controlling (CO) and related modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full lifecycle implementations and migrations to SAP S/4HANA deep functional knowledge of financial processes and the ability to interface with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) implementations migrations and support projects.
- Conduct business process analysis and align SAP S/4HANA capabilities with financial process requirements.
- Design and configure core finance modules including General Ledger (FI-GL) Accounts Payable (FI-AP) Accounts Receivable (FI-AR) Asset Accounting (FI-AA) Bank Accounting (FI-BL) Controlling (CO) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) and Cost Center Accounting (CCA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics sales procurement and technical teams.
- Drive workshops solution design gap analysis and blueprinting.
- Provide guidance on data migration testing user training and cutover planning.
- Stay current with the latest SAP S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal (ACDOCA) Central Finance Group Reporting and Treasury modules.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 10 years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) experience including at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
- Deep understanding of financial business processes and best practices.
- Strong hands-on configuration skills in SAP FI/CO.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA innovations: Universal Journal Fiori apps for finance Business Partner integration etc.
- Experience in financial reporting tools such as SAP Fiori SAP Analytics Cloud or Group Reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or related field.
- SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance.
- Experience and exposure with Central Finance (cFIN) Treasury or Group Reporting.
- Knowledge of integration with MM SD and HR modules.
Experience working in Agile or Hybrid project environments
