As were now entering an exciting new era expanding into the digital print market an exciting opportunity has arisen within Opal Specialty Packaging (OSP) based at our Rocklea site to support our high-performing sales team. This is a great opportunity to expand your sales support and customer service capabilities whilst being part of a great team and working environment.
Youll be at the centre of our operations providing essential support to Sales Estimating and Customer Service teams so they can focus on what they do best: building relationships and growing our business.
How Youll Make an Impact
In this fast-paced and collaborative role you will:
- Coordinate front-end requirements to meet short lead-time production schedules ensuring seamless handover between sales estimating and production
- Maintain clean accurate customer master data in SAP and Dynamics 365
- Manage and maintain active customer supply agreements
- Coordinate customer EDMs including price updates product launches and marketing content
Your work will directly support our ability to deliver smarter faster and more sustainable packaging solutions.
What Youll Bring
- 2 years experience in sales support commercial coordination or customer service
- Experience in manufacturing or packaging (highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP CRM experience (preferably Dynamics 365); BI tools such as QlikView (highly regarded)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Confidence working cross-functionally and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
