We have a new opportunity available to support Opal Specialty Packagings (OSP) sales team based at our site in Rocklea. This role is critical to accelerate OSPs speed-to-market strategy especially in digital printing and our growth through innovation process improvement and customer service excellence. It provides direct support to the Sales Estimating and Customer Service teams enabling them to focus on customer engagement and business development.
You will contribute to the success of Opal by:
- Coordinate front-end digital requirements to meet short lead-time production schedules.
- Manage Batch-1 processes and ensure smooth handover between sales estimating and production.
- Manage NCR process investigations and corrective actions implementation.
- Reduce Working Capital by managing aged inventory.
- Maintain clean and accurate customer master data in SAP and Dynamics 365.
- Manage and maintain active customer supply agreements.
- Coordinate customer EDMs (price increases product launches marketing content).

Specifically for this role we expect you will have;
- 3 years experience in a sales support commercial coordination or customer service role.
- Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office CRM (preferably Dynamics 365) and BI tools (e.g. QlikView).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Comfortable working across functions and with diverse stakeholders.
