Construction Office Coordinator

Orange CA


A well-established concrete and masonry contractor working on commercial retail and multi-family projects is seeking a dependable Construction Office Coordinator to join our team. This role supports both estimating and project management staff in a fast-paced construction environment. We are looking for someone with recent construction industry experience a professional presence and a consistent employment history. Immediate availability is preferred.


Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


What Were Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction office setting including project setup and document management
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Reliable self-motivated and professional in all interactions
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service background with excellent phone etiquette
  • Proficient with data entry and Microsoft Office applications

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to estimators including correspondence and record maintenance
  • Create organize and maintain job files and assist with documentation needed for accounting
  • Prepare and process construction-related documents reports and correspondence
  • Coordinate schedules manage incoming and outgoing calls and communicate with field personnel project managers and subcontractors
  • Assist project managers with organizing documentation and tracking project information
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and/or physical)
  • Perform data entry and general administrative support for multiple team members
