Position Overview:Seeking a Pediatric ICU Manager to lead operations and clinical excellence within a high-acuity Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. This role is ideal for a clinically strong pediatric leader with expertise in critical care delivery and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily PICU operations and lead clinical nursing teams
- Drive quality safety and compliance with all regulatory standards
- Partner with pediatric subspecialists and interdisciplinary care teams
- Manage staffing scheduling resource allocation and performance metrics
- Implement and optimize evidence-based pediatric critical care practices
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric ICU leadership experience
- Bachelors in Nursing required; Masters preferred
