Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Long-Term Care (LTC)

Location: Bozeman MT

Duration: 13 Weeks (Extendable)

Pay Rate: $26/Hr

Shifts:

Day/Evening: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM & 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
Evening/Night: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM & 10:00 PM 6:30 AM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) team in Bozeman Montana. The CNA will assist residents with activities of daily living and ensure a safe supportive and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents including bathing dressing grooming and toileting assistance.
Assist residents with mobility transfers and ambulation as needed.
Record vital signs intake/output and other relevant information accurately.
Support meal service assist residents with feeding and monitor dietary needs.
Maintain clean and organized resident rooms and care areas.
Observe and report any physical mental or emotional changes in residents to nursing staff.
Promote resident dignity comfort and independence through compassionate care.
Follow infection control safety and facility guidelines.

Qualifications:

Active CNA Certification State of Montana (or compact eligible).
Minimum 1 year of recent LTC or Skilled Nursing experience (preferred).
Current BLS (AHA) certification required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
