Location: Florida (Multiple Locations)
Employment Type: Full-Time Acute Care Hospital
Relocation Package: Yes depending upon role and location

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily ICU operations including staffing patient flow and clinical performance
Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate closely with physicians nurses and critical care teams
Manage budgets schedules and ICU department goals
Promote evidence-based practices and continuous staff development
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Florida or Compact state
Minimum 3 year of ICU leadership experience in an acute care setting
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
