Your Mission
Requirements Analysis: Understanding and analyzing the needs of the organization and translating them into technical requirements for the system
System Design and Architecture: Developing the overall structure and specifications of the system including its various subsystems and components
Integration: Ensuring that all the different parts of the system (hardware software etc.) work together seamlessly
Testing and Validation: Planning and conducting tests to ensure the system meets the specified requirements and performs as intended
Risk Management: Identifying potential technical risks throughout the project lifecycle and developing mitigation strategies
Technical Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical reports specifications and other documentation related to the systems design development and performance
Collaboration: Working closely with various stakeholders including military personnel other engineers (electrical mechanical software etc.) project managers and contractors
Technical Oversight: Supervising the implementation of the system ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards
Cost Estimating: Developing cost estimates for products and ensuring they are completed within project budget

A masters degree in a relevant engineering field
Several years of experience in areas such as systems engineering integration or systems architecture
Hands-on mentality
Systems Thinking: The ability to see the big picture and understand how different components of a system interact.
Requirements Engineering: Eliciting analyzing and documenting system requirements.
System Design and Architecture: Developing system models specifications and architectures.
Model-based systems engineering: hand-on experience with tools such as Capella
Integration and Testing: Ensuring different parts of a system work together and verifying system performance.
Communication Skills: Effectively conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Teamwork and Collaboration: Working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Managing tasks deadlines and documentation efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) from INCOSE (International Council on Systems Engineering) is a plus
