• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with cardiac conditions including health history vital signs and medication reconciliation.
• Assist cardiologists in performing diagnostic procedures such as stress tests echocardiograms and Holter monitoring.
• Educate patients about their cardiac condition treatment options medications and lifestyle modifications.
• Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments referrals and diagnostic tests as needed.
• Administer medications perform wound care and assist with minor procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes

• Valid nursing license in Iowa
• Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Certification in Cardiac Nursing (e.g. AACN or ANCC) highly desirable.
• BLS and Mandatory Reporter certification required.
• Excellent communication organizational and patient care skills.
