We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sports growth on every level in the United States from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game the US Open.

The Role
WebTMA Management:
- Input update and maintain accurate and timely information in the WebTMA work order system.
Data Management:
- Collect organize and input data into Google Sheets/Excel spreadsheets for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Generate reports from data sources to provide insights into departmental performance.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with Sr Manager Facility Operations to ensure alignment with departmental goals and priorities.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance data accuracy and streamline processes.
Cross-Functional Support:
- Participate in projects and initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a degree in Facilities Management Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- High energy level and strong work ethic with strong can-do demeanor
- This position is designated as on-site and requires the employee to be at the office site to complete the required tasks associated with the position.
What We Offer
The expected salary for this position is $18.00 hourly rate.
