Your role

Support the Head of Procurement and the Procurement Management team with advanced administrative tasks. Will be involved in project planning and strategic support. Manage complex schedules book or coordinate conference and travel bookings as needed and coordinate meetings with external parties.

Your profile

To fit in this role you are an appreciated service minded colleague with advanced organisational and administrative skills. Good judgement high integrity and flexibility to handle and respond to upcoming situations are necessary attributes for this position. We are seeking a fast and service-oriented quick thinker to join our team.

You have deep understanding of service and administration and are both competent and willing to organise and perform advanced duties in these areas. You like a high pace and it is essential that you can have many activities and projects running simultaneously. You are self-motivated and proactively find ways to support. The perfect candidate for this job is also analytical and has the ability to summarize information and present it in a professional way.

You are fluent in both Swedish and English spoken and written.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
