Job Summary
The IS&T organization offers a variety of functional consultant opportunities in SAP Finance Team. This role spans new business initiatives and operational programs in a fast-paced ever-evolving environment. As a SAP Functional Consultant you will:- Work closely with multi-functional teams to gather and define requirements.- Design solutions for Finance Accounting Taxation planning and reporting processes using best in class SAP and related technologies - Track and report project status updates to both technical and non-technical collaborators.- Help drive project execution to ensure timely on-budget delivery.- Build and nurture relationships across departments to support team alignment and part of Apples Early Career Community youll also have access to events and activities that support professional growth and foster meaningful connections with peers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrable ability to handle multiple priorities and coordinate complex projects across internal and external teams.
- Chartered Accountancy degree.
- Foundational understanding of business processes in order to cash (O2C) procure to pay(P2P) and record to report(R2R) functions.
- Good conceptual understanding of all Accounting and Financial concepts
- Basic understanding of Cost and Management reporting functions
- Prior experience and end-user working knowledge in ERP systems and Financial tools during CA apprenticeship
- Prior experience or certification in SAP or other ERP applications is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Generative AI and cloud platforms.
- Good ability to tailor and communicate information for various collaborators.
- Quick learner with a passion for new technologies.
- Professional experience in project management.
- Outstanding attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent analytical quantitative and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving attitude with the ability to think critically and adapt.
- Works well within a team environment and supports colleagues in achieving common goals.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges quickly.
