The Deal Hub- licensing team serves as the central point of contact for Sales providing timely responsive and high-quality guidance on all licensing-related matters. The primary goal of Licensing Specialist is to enhance Sales efficiency by minimizing the time Sales spends on navigating licensing requirements.
The Licensing Specialist is responsible for overseeing and processing all aspects of license management for UiPath ensuring accurate and reliable information is provided to UiPaths customers.
This role involves close collaboration with sales customers and various internal teamssuch as Finance Accounting and Legalto contribute to the companys success.
Delivering first-level licensing support through our ticketing platform.
Providing comprehensive support to our Enterprise Sales team to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to client growth.
Completing additional tasks as assigned
3 years of experience in Sales Operations and Licensing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with Salesforce.
Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
Ability to quickly adapt to situations.
Flexibility of supporting multiple teams in different time zones (AMER) as the business requires.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Solid problem-solving analytical and time management skills.
Staying engaged in continuous learning by developing and maintaining knowledge of the processes products and services being offered.
Ability to use knowledge of a specific process product service or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate team.
Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is desirable.
