The Illinois Department of Public Health is seeking a highly motivated organized professional and results oriented individual to serve as Chief Transformation Officer. This key position will drive the development and execution of innovative and transformative public health strategies focusing on reducing health disparities improving community health outcomes and ensuring alignment with state and federal health priorities. The Chief Transformation Officer will collaborate with department leaders to shape long-term initiatives foster cross-sector partnerships and oversee performance management to achieve health equity goals. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent project management skills organizational skills strong oral communication skills and at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
