Summary
The Entry-Level Field Maintenance/Service Coordinator supports the scheduling communication and administrative functions that keep our service department running smoothly. Youll work closely with field technicians customers and internal departments to ensure jobs are scheduled materials are ready and service requests are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in scheduling and dispatching field service technicians for maintenance repairs and installations.
- Communicate with customers regarding service requests job updates and scheduling changes.
- Create and update work orders in the service management system.
- Help coordinate parts orders and track shipments for upcoming jobs.
- Support preventative maintenance planning and follow-up scheduling.
- Provide general administrative support to the service team as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service experience a must
- 02 years of experience in an administrative coordination or customer service role (experience in a service or maintenance environment a plus).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word).
- Willingness to learn service scheduling and ERP systems.
- Positive attitude problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
