GREAT opportunity to grow with a rapidly scaling company Kaseya. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of complex projects fostering a culture of continuous improvement and promoting Agile principles throughout the organization. This role requires exceptional leadership strategic thinking and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management: Provide visionary leadership and direction to Program teams ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Project Oversight: Oversee the planning execution and successful delivery of projects ensuring they meet scope time and budget requirements.

Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices process enhancements and innovative solutions.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.

Team Development: Mentor coach and develop team members to maximize their potential and career growth within the organization.

Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery and success.

Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular status updates performance metrics and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Program Management Process Optimization

Continuously evaluate program management processes tools and techniques to enhance team performance and project outcomes.

Implement best practices and standards to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including senior management Product Owners and other cross-functional teams.

Communicate project status progress and challenges to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.

Act as a point of escalation for project-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications and Experience

Education and Experience

A Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. PMP ScrumMaster) is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in program management with at least 10 years in a leadership role focused on large-scale program deliveries.

Skills and Competencies

Strong understanding of Program Management Principles and Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.

Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience with project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet Jira MS Project).

Strong analytical and reporting skills.
