As a successful candidate you will:

• Command the classroom with confidence and authority youll be expected to own the room.
• Fully embrace a non-negotiable behaviour policy that ensures every student learns in a calm focused environment.
• Be intellectually strong disciplined and open to coaching the training is direct the expectations are clear and the rewards are significant.
• Hold a strong academic degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject (Russell Group preferred).
