Residential Onsite Manager

Step into a unique live-in management opportunity where youll oversee every aspect of our premium residential portfolios daily operations. Based onsite with accommodation provided youll be the cornerstone of exceptional Building and Property Management ensuring seamless operations and outstanding resident experiences.

Reporting directly to our Operations Manager youll collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the property ecosystem. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills and an ability to forge lasting professional relationships. Youll be the trusted face of our properties balancing operational excellence with genuine care for the communities you serve.

A snapshot of the role:

• Prepare Building Management Reports and attend Body Corporate Meetings
• Ensure that building procedures are maintained onsite; alongside maintaining up to date site documentation and compliance
• Ensuring open and on-going communication between all stakeholders to the Property (guests/tenants/owners/Body Corporate)
• Basic financial management such as invoice processing and raising purchase orders.
• Ensuring the Businesss assets are protected through high level of compliance security and control.
• End to end Property Management including Dispute Resolution and QCAT submissions and hearings as required
• Ensure accurate preparation of all documentation relating to residential tenancy in line with legislation including Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008
• Oversee marketing of vacant tenancies and coordinating leasing inspections.
• Compile weekly reports to management on performance of portfolio including but not limited to letting pool numbers vacancies (upcoming and current) bond trial balances arrears break lease general community feedback and action items.

Were seeking a proven professional with solid experience in both Building Management and Property management. Youll bring a track record of successfully managing owner resident and contractor relationships backed by essential hands-on experience in these core disciplines.

Your communication skills set you apartyoure naturally customer-focused excel at building rapport and can translate complex situations into clear actionable reports. Proficiency in MS Office suite is essential as youll be managing everything from detailed compliance documentation to stakeholder communications.

The ideal candidate comes equipped with strong relationship-building instincts and the ability to maintain professional connections across all levels. Youll need to hold a QLD Office of Fair Trading issued Registration Certificate to step into this role.
