Job Summary
Job Description: Video Editor
Job Responsibilities:
- Editing various types of videos including promotional videos training videos event videos and social media content
- Collaborating with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visual content
- Using video editing software to assemble recorded footage and create engaging and compelling videos
- Adding special effects graphics and animations to enhance videos
- Ensuring video projects are completed on time and within budget
- Managing and organizing video files and assets
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Film Studies Media Production or related field
- Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of editing work
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in video editing
- Experience working on corporate videos ad campaigns or short films
- Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $85000 to $105000 annually depending on qualifications and experience. The selected candidate will also receive benefits such as health insurance paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
