Detailer

We are looking for a Detailer who has exceptional hands on technical ability that goes hand in hand with a great work ethic critical thinking and enjoys responsibility. Communication is highly important. Excellent written & oral communication is required. If you are able to deliver strong customer satisfaction consistently are a motivated team player are coachable and have a desire to grow within a company and willing to move up in the company.

Responsibilities:

• Detailer will perform an array of tasks. Perform detailed hand wash using various company solutions may also wax and buff vehicles using microfiber cloths or machine.

• Perform detailed interior cleaning to company standard. Vacuum interior remove dirt and debris clean upholstery and surfaces use air compressors and also apply surface protection.

• Ability to distinguish imperfections in your work such as streaks on windows smudges on painted surface missed areas of vacuuming.

Requirements:

• Ability to detail and pay attention to the details a strong eye and quick thinking.

• Ability to withstand the physical demand of this position that requires frequent moving and temperature changes. Bending lifting reaching squatting and getting in and out of various vehicles.

• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work within the team including the public.

• Effectively handle multiple priorities organize workload and meet deadlines.

• Work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.

• Clean driving record is imperative.

• High School Diploma.

• Retail automotive service experience is a plus.

• Valid drivers license in the country in which you are applying 2 year minimum driving record required with a clean driving history and ability to be insured.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
