Position Overview:The Surgical Oncology Manager will oversee perioperative and surgical specialty services with emphasis on oncology-related procedures where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage surgical services operations staffing and throughput
Collaborate closely with surgeons anesthesia and perioperative leadership
Ensure compliance with infection control and regulatory standards
Oversee budgets scheduling and performance improvement initiatives
Implement evidence-based perioperative and surgical oncology practices

Qualifications:

Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of surgical services leadership experience
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
