Job Summary

Summary:

The School District of the Borough of Morrisville is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a contracted 2nd Grade Elementary Teacher position at Grandview Elementary.

Qualifications:

Valid Pennsylvania Certification in Elementary K-6
Successful classroom experience
Computer literacy necessary
Applicant must be innovative progressive and capable of working collaboratively with students of all ages faculty parents and administrators

Clearances and other requirements:

If you are an external candidate and you are offered a position with the School District of Borough of Morrisville please be advised that the following clearances will be required before you are able to begin working:

PA State Police Clearance (Act 33)
Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
FBI Fingerprints (Act 114) IndentoGo

Background employment clearances and the following additional paperwok must be completed within the last year to be valid: Arrest/Conviction Report (Act 24) PA Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure (Act 168) and School Health Record which includes physical (within a year) and TB test (within 3 months).

Salary: Per terms of Collective Bargaining Agreement between Morrisville Board of School Directors and Morrisville Education Association.
