Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective outdoor sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and supervise a team of outdoor sales representatives providing guidance and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the furniture industry.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the bedding market.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the management team.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for upper management.
- Coordinate sales training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.
Requirements - Proven 5 to 10 years of experience as an Outdoor Sales Supervisor or similar sales role preferably in the furniture and mattress industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and meet targets.
- Familiarity with market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- 30 to 40 years old
- Egyptian or Lebanese
