Ideal Candidate > The Client is seeking a highly capableFinancial Director with strong senior leadership position focused on Egyptian Market. The ideal candidate will combine financial acumen with strong leadership to ensure sustainable and profitable growth

Key Responsibilities > Lead long-term financial strategy budgeting forecasting and scenario planning to align with growth objectives. Oversee the full Finance function including business control and planning reporting and accounting and internal audit. Ensure the accuracy compliance and integrity of financial records systems and controls. Manage full P&L for region including revenue margins cost control and profitability targets. Drive monthly performance reviews variance analyses and management reporting to inform decision-making. Provide guidance and advice related to the management of cash flow cost controls and expenses for different departments. Lead mentor and develop a high-performing Finance team to support organizational capability and succession planning

Qualifications > 1) 10years of senior finance leadership experience with at least 5 years in a FMCG or related industries 2) Strong knowledge of regional financial regulations tax laws and ERP systems(SAP Oracle etc.) 3)Proven expertise in FP&A P&L ownership commercial finance cost control ERP systems 4) Demonstrated success driving teams in cross-cultural/matrix environments 5) Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related; MBA CPAACCA CIMA or CFA preferred

Workload/Location> Full-time Cairo on ground
