Job Summary

We are building something that has never been built before. An intelligent platform that doesnt just support sales and marketing but runs them. Autonomous AI agents that learn decide and act. Transforming how companies grow engage customers and operate.

We are looking for a founding interface engineer to lead the evolution of our user experience. You will design prototype and build generative interfaces that embed AI into the daily workflow of our users. You will invent new interaction models turn intelligence into intuitive design and shape how humans collaborate with autonomous systems.

Tasks

You will drive product development on the user interface and experience side work closely with the core team to define product direction and ensure scalability and performance for a large global user base. You will have a deep understanding of interface technologies system architecture and design systems that can evolve rapidly as the platform grows.

You will design and build the next generation of web interfaces powered by AI.
You will experiment prototype and ship fast.
You will turn complex ideas into elegant usable and scalable experiences.
You will set the standards for UI architecture performance and design systems across the platform.

You will be part of the founding engineering core shaping both the product and the engineering culture from the ground up.

Requirements

Who You Are

You are obsessed with user interfaces not just code.
You think in interactions not pixels.
You have mastered modern web technologies such as React Vanila JS TypeScript or similar.
You understand architecture scalability and the challenge of building for thousands of users.
You are deeply curious about AI and want to explore how intelligence changes the way we design and build interfaces.
