CompetenciesKnowledge of the following: Policy Development; Budgeting processes; Financial norms and standards; Public Service Anti-Corruption Strategy and Fraud Prevention Measures; Principles and Practices of Financial Accounting; Internal Control tools and techniques; Government Accounting Standards (GRAP); Economic Reporting Framework including Standards Charts of Accounts; Risk Management Framework; Government financial systems; Human Resource Management. Skills in the following: Analytical thinking; Strategic thinking; Budgeting skills; Communication (written and verbal); Computer Literacy; Ability to analyse conceptualise and implement policy; Conflict resolution; Monitoring evaluation and reporting; Presentation; Problem Solving.
