Competencies

A good understanding of the following: Supply chain management duties practices as well as the ability to capture data operate computer and collect statistics; Legislative framework governing the Public Service; Work procedures in terms of the working environment; Public Service financial legislations processes and procedures National Treasury Regulations Provincial Treasury Instructions; Basic operating systems such as LOGIS EPS or similar systems. Skills in the following: Computer literacy in MS Office Package (Word Excel PowerPoint); Communication skills (written and verbal); Interpersonal relations; Flexibility; Accuracy; Planning and organising; Numeracy skills; Problem Solving; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
