Job Summary

Introduction

An established healthcare facility in Pretoria North is seeking a Clinical Facilitator to support the training and development of nursing professionals within the ICU. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of clinical competence and education are maintained.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

SANC Registered Professional Nurse
Diploma/Degree in Nursing
Post-basic qualification in ICU Nursing
Qualification in Nursing Education essential
Minimum of 3 years experience in ICU or as a Clinical Facilitator advantageous
Strong communication mentoring and teaching skills
Computer literacy essential
Ability to assess support and guide nurses in clinical practice
