Job Summary

An opportunity exists for a dedicated Night Supervisor to oversee hospital operations during night shifts in a private healthcare facility in Limpopo. The role requires a skilled nursing professional with strong leadership and decision-making abilities to ensure high standards of patient care and operational efficiency throughout the night.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

Diploma in Nursing / BCur Degree or equivalent NQF 7 qualification
Qualification in Healthcare Management or Administration advantageous
Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)
Minimum 35 years experience within the healthcare sector or in a hospital management role
Proven experience managing hospital operations preferably during night shifts
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of healthcare regulations clinical governance and hospital policies
Ability to manage emergencies effectively and coordinate response procedures
